Review of contracts. Do you need a lawyer to look over a contract that someone wants you to sign? Newton's Law P.C. offers an inexpensive service to review contracts and discuss their meaning and consequences. For $100.00 an attorney will review your under-5-page contract and draft a 2-5 page memorandum discussing and explaining the agreement. For contracts over 5 pages, the fee is $150.00. The memorandum includes any recommendations for changing the agreement to protect your interests. For $25.00 per provision, Newton's Law P.C. will draft amendments to the agreement or provisions to strengthen your position. Look before you leap!

Driving contracts between parents and kids. For a low $25.00 fee, Newton's Law P.C. drafts contracts between you and your children as they embark on the dangerous first few years of driving. Such agreements discuss the rules you have for your kids operating vehicles and may be tailored to special needs, such as children with ADHD. These agreements are recommended by organizations such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving and may even lead to lowering your auto insurance rates.

  • Expungement and related matters. With the advent of constant, streaming electronic information, everyone in the world has access to your past. Records of prior convictions and even arrests may be available for the world to see. The State of Illinois's criminal justice system takes this fact and the good behavior of those previously convicted of crimes into account. Expungement provides a mechanism to wipe out the record of prior cases or to seal those records from view. A criminal record can prevent you from getting a job, an apartment, or a mortgage. Don't risk it! Find out if you are eligible today.

Expungement available for fixed, flat fees plus filing fees and expenses. Fees depend on the number of instances to be expunged, the severity of the offense, and the likelihood of a hearing on expungement.
